FOR SEALED OR NEW ITEMS: Please note that we are selling a sealed collectible item as it was received from the factory.  While we believe it is complete, we have no way of confirming if all of the pieces or components are there without removing the plastic and reducing or destroying the value.  If there are defects in the product we recommend contacting the manufacturer when possible.  If the seal or plastic is broken or the item is opened it will be considered an altered item for return purposes.
RETURNS: We offer buyer-paid returns as long as the item has not been used, damaged, altered, and all tags (including our Redwyng Chateau tags) remain attached.  For the seller's protection and safety we record our packing procedures.
SHIPPING:  First, we DO combine shipping for multiple purchases. Second, we previously used the US Post Office for our shipping until January 2021 when the USPS began extremely long and unreliable service.  Packages could take weeks or even months to arrive, especially near Christmas.  We received so many complaints, that we now exclusively use UPS Ground whenever possible.  Yes, the cost is a bit more, but UPS has been wonderful, very fast, reliable, and efficient.  We do understand shipping is a bit more, but very often the actual shipping is less than what is calculated through eBay and we return overages of shipping that are over .  We understand that the cost of shipping is a concern, but we would rather you got your item, whole, fast, and reliably.  Thus, we highly encourage purchasing more than one item from us as it helps reduce the overall shipping cost.    And yes, we realize that sometimes an item we offer for sale is less than the shipping price.  Other online services are to blame, but remember, with them you are paying a premium per year to have free shipping and they have a global network of distribution, while we are a mom-and-pop store without that luxury.  Again, if you feel shipping is too high, please purchase from another vendor.  We understand.
