Pet Health Checkup At Home urine test kit-4 Month Refill in a re-sealable
package. The kit contains 4 test strips but does not include the original
chart or 12 page booklet. You must purchase the original Pet Health Checkup
Kit and keep the chart and book to use the REFILL. Refills save 0 per visit
vs. per the TEST@HOME refill. Each return visit to a veterinarian would
cost the exam, urinalysis, collection fees, and perhaps additional fees to
equal 0–200. The cost per refill test is only . At Home Testing detects
