Buyer may need to update the controller upon receiving it, as our team of testers noticed that the updates are contingent on the Xbox itself. Please try the update before contacting us for wireless connection or audio issues. A Micro USB cable may be needed for this procedure.
How to update the controller:
Tap the XBOX button when you are on the home screen
Go all the way to the right and select SETTINGS
Go to down to Devices and Streaming
Then select Accessories
Go to the "..." on the second row down
Select Firmware Version, and proceed with the update, as of today 5/4/2020 the latest firmware is 4.8.19.23.0.
*It may say no update available, but run it anyways especially if you having audio issues. This has been known to help.
