Back in the 80's I wanted a key that I could use with an electric drill because I hated changing heads by hand.
It took some time but I did find one. I loved using it and then used it in a cordless screwdriver which was even better because I could tighten tension rods also.
Then it occurred to me that by designing a
CLUTCH
that would allow me to use the drill bit for fine tuning I would save even more time.
Over more than ten years I experimented with several designs until I came up with this one. So now it is available to you.
You can zip heads off and on in no time and it will be fun, not a tedious bore like with standard drum keys.
