    This 1837 Matron Head Modified Large Cent is a beautiful early copper coin that will be a valuable addition to any collection. This coin features the iconic Coronet Head design that was minted between 1816 and 1839. The coin is lightly circulated in a higher grade, making it a fantastic investment for any coin collector. The coin is made of 100% copper and appears to have a light crack in the planchet on the obverse from the top of the hair, under the “R” in LIBERTY, and through her jaw and neck.
