1837 Matron Head large cent for sale, plain cord, small letters variety.
The coin pictured is the coin you will receive. Only the top bar of the 7 can be seen, however, the shape of the head matched the "young head" variety minted between 1835-1839, leaving 1837 as the only possible date. It has several punches through the date area and is the slightest bit bent. Please use the pictures to determine the grade and feel free to ask any questions that you have.
