    1837 Large Cent N.15 R.3 Plain Hair Cords Medium Letters Red Book Variety. Coin looks much nicer in hand then in pictures it has some surface roughness but has nice appearance my lighting has made that look worse. Having said that I'm going to give this coin a low starting price don't miss your chance on this neat variety that is also a coin you will need for your large cent album for type.  It has a die break in front of the face visible in the star area also a very strong break on the reverse through the tops "OF AMERICA "
