Attibution:

In picture 5 of this listing, I have add a red line pointing from Liberty's crown to the left of an Obverse star, and note Liberty's crown does not point directly at this star, which is an attribute of a Large Star variety. (Her crown point directly at a star in a Small Star variety).
In picture 7, I have red-arrowed the larger gap between the 'A' in 'TAT' of STATES. And, note the berry next to the first 'T in STATES aligns to the
left side
of the 'T', an attribute of the MEDIUM Letters variety. (In the Large Letters variety, this same berry aligns with the
center
of
first 'T in STATES).
And... The N5 variety is the ONLY 1834 variety where the last 'S' in STATES aligns well right of the last leaf tip at the top of the wreath (Picture 7) . The coin pictured has this characteristic.
