Identifying Medium or Large letters is a little tricky. I find the best way to verify is by looking for the difference in the space between States and Of. In the medium letters version the last s in states is slightly farther to the right and exactly aligned in the center axis over the n in one. In the large letters, the last s in states is slightly left of the center axis.
